Anthony Mantha will miss his second game in a row tonight when the Detroit Red Wings face the Pittsburgh Penguins at Little Caesars Arena coach Jeff Blashill told media after the morning skate.

Mantha apparently injured his groin Wednesday at New Jersey. Blashill doesn't believe it's a long-term injury and is hopeful Mantha might return Wednesday against Ottawa.

Sadly missed a good chunk of this game...too much activities here around me...

Saw most of the third though and like what is saw. Howard was good but most of the shots i've seen were from far out.

Good win anyways.

Jimmah looked good. Hopefully out of that funk. Larkin - hardest working guy on the team. Big E looks better than he has since - fill in the blanks. Nyquist - I don't trade this guy.

AA had 21:41 TOI, nice to see that. Larkin played in all key situations, had 22:55. Free up some cap space Kenny, these two boys deserve to be paid next season, Larkin should also be our next captain!
