It would be foolish to expect ti see different line combinations....we won't see em and Z will get his 20 minutes a night 10:30pm EDT tonight SJ 10:00pm EDT Thursday LA 10:00pm EDT Friday Anaheim Losing streak currently is at 6. I'll be fine with it reaching 20 if that shows Jeff Blashill and Kenny Holland the door I'll nap after work so I can watch the game...bailing early if it gets out of hand with no chance of us making it interesting

Was a good start. A costly Z turnover with Jensen joining the rush.
Lucky tip in while the xtra attacker out on the delayed call.
Down 1-2 after one period.

It's nice to support the Attack, and that's what the Ds have been doing blindly for about a month now, actually since we are out of the playoffs hunt, but Jensen was acting like a forward, he didnt "join" the rush he lead it ! ...the result ? an easy goal. Other thoughts... How come Howard cannot freeze the puck when it is free in front of him ? Isnt he making millions to know that he needs to keep the five holes close when he stretchs the freeze puck ? HOw many times have we seen that kind of goal against him in his "illustrious" career ? too many ! And why didnt our beloved Math teacher behind the bench didnt challenge the disallowed Mantha goal ? a goal that was good in my book. There was no DISTINCT kicking motion, just a redirection. And why Mantha, by his body motion on that play, told the whole hockey world that it was really not a good goal. He probably told the refs "don't bother sending this play to Toronto its no good" Next time "floater" Mantha when you are in a situation like that ACT LIKE ITS A GOOD GOAL !! Maybe it'll help ! Other than that..i'm ok..we will lose the remainder of this season games.

Sharks announcers said Mantha goal could not be challenged to reverse the call on the ice.

I didnt see the Mantha goal waved off but thought it was funny reading the goal was disallowed due to directing teh puck in the net with his skate...that legal just as long as there was no distinct kicking motion. 13 games to go and honestly I'd be fine losing every one of them. Looking at the schedule Ottawa, Buffalo and Montreal (x2) are the only games we have a chance. But, there is always a strong team who lets up because they are playing a basement dwelling team and figure 1/2 effort will get them a W so there is hope but with 13 games we'll probably go 4-7-2. I just want to have this coach FIRED and I hate hoping to lose but it will be better for our future if we do.

What's amazing is that we are always in the game, rarely outplayed. We fight but we are not convince that we have a chance to win. All i'm hoping is that the kids, because of this kind of season, don't become legit losers... Because, to be stuck with this "disease" is close to be cureless... One last note...i'm suddenly all for trading AA at the draft, to improve our 2018 draft first round ranking. Watching him closely the last few games, he's got a ton of flaws in his game, i suddenly Wonder if he can pan out in this organization. Speed is great though...but what about the rest of his game ??

That is why I'm for total rebuild and rid the roster of a bunch of players. That moves out players and the culture that losing is acceptable and to seems like a lot of players are expecting to lose...I don't want any of that here. Blow it up and start a new beginning AA? I don't know, right now he's fairly cheap and has been playing for a coach who doesn't seem to know how to coach. I'll take his 31pts at $1.4m vs guys like Abby with 30pts at $4.2 mil or Neilsen 28pts at $6 mil.

I wouldn't make a call on AA until we see him pay under a different coach. I see flaws but much potential in him.
