Some notes…
Yeah..we won...got to stop that !
If anyone thought AA had no future with the Wings, think again..they'll lock him up for good as soon as it is possible .Tonight he was dominant, the best player on both sides, even his defensive game was great. Howard was good although most of those 41 shots weren't like golden chances, we played well around him, actually we didn't look like a team that won't make the playoffs. Hirose look good. He too had a rough start but got better, let's Watch him next season
Fun game to Watch but hey...its enough right ? no more win lol

Hi, Pierre. I know....it's been a while.
What's wrong with our Wings....they don't even know how to tank right. Too creative for Kenny?

AA should stay in Detroit and get more icetime. Since that is what I'd like to see I'll take an educated guess and say he won't be here next year. He is going to hit 30 goals and Kenny wont want to pay him. AA as an RFA may walk. I thought Hirose looked pretty darn good for his first NHL game. He may be a gem once he adapts to the NHL pace or he could turn into a DeKeyser who in my eyes isn't cutting it regardless of how high people in the org rate the guys play. We didn't need that win. It is getting tight in the bottom 5, NYR are entering the mix, Edmonton too. 9 games left for us...we don't need any more wins folks Since Jimmy Howard has a .950 SV% at NY's MSG...maybe we can trade him for a used puckbag or jock strap of Lundqvist's It will save us some cap hits to sign RFA. How about taking a goaltender in the draft? Who is the highest rated netminder? I saw on FSD a while back of a kid who projected to go high in the draft and this got me thinking of building from the goalie on out...goalie first, elite defensemen next and then forwards. A coaching and system change will work. Look at NYI and what Trotz had done there. 80 points last season, 91 points so far this season and they have 9 more games left to play.

I like Trotzie, wish we had the talent to make him want to coach us.

AA is Under contract for next season so he's not going anywhere. i predict he will get extend before the next training camp starts.
It's not a common thing to draft a goalie in the first round. dunno the Reason. Except for Price it's very unusual.

We have some picks in this draft perhaps we should take a goaltender so in the future we won't overpay for a veteran goalie
