Maybe this is what we need !
Lines at practice
Bertuzzi-Larkin-Mantha Athanasiou-Filppula-Helm Hirose-Nielsen-Svechnikov Ehn-de la Rose-Smith
Erne skating.
Daley-Green Hronek-Biega Cholowski-Bowey
Nemeth not skating
power play units in practice: 1. Bertuzzi (net front), Larkin (slot), Hronek-Hirose (half walls), Green (point). 2. Smith (net front), Filppula (slot), Athanasiou-Mantha (half walls), Cholowski (point).
Everything looks familiar than what we had against the Sabres...why change a losing combination ??

After 11 games Wings have 6 points, tracking to finish with 45 and competing with Ottawa, Chicago, and Joisey for top draft pick. At this rate Ken Holland’s replacement will need to start making major moves sooner than he was going to. So . . . . Go Blues ?!?! The sooner the better, let’s see what you got, El Capitan.

When you lose 7 in a row it is well past the time to experiment. I'd break up the top line (meaning 71, 59 and 39 don't play together) and try to spread the top few guys around looking for some chemistry you may not expect. Or do nothing which I'd be fine with if I knew it would lead to Jeff Blashill to seek employment with a different organization

I think this is exactly what will happens. TDL will arrives way before its normal date.. I Don't Believe SY has a lot of patience..he is not KH, but right now no need to get nuts and clean the place. To waive E was a big start, Something KH would not have done… ..and i still Believe that Kroner was given a job with the team if he retires peacefully ..with KH.. Kroner is on the blue line this afternoon..

Geez - just tuned in. Already 1 Zip. Saw the second goal - we look like a pee wee team against the Blues. Like the Harlem Fucking Globe Trotters LOL. Maybe I'll just go do some laundry. Shouls be more fun. Sad.

Well we had a few stretches where we looked somewhat competitive. Anyone remember the last time we scored a goal ?? Seems like last year.
Let's see if we can make a game of it. They still don't look like team that is hungry for a win - even after this historically bad streak. Coaching? The math teacher gone by Thanksgiving?

Thought we had 'em. Dominant 3rd then the too many men. Jeesh. And I really think the Wings should be a better OT team but St Louis just floats around and BANG it's in the net? WTF? Just seemed way too easy ... I mean, it was kind of embarrassing.

a question...who is responsible for two many men on the ice.The coach or the player ? player responsibility but coaches call the change. I liked our 3rd period. There were a few times it looked like we on the power play but it was even strength.

Boring game until the third. Stayed until the bitter end. Stupid penalties and not having a quality goalie doomed them again. Just knew Bernier wouldn't stop that last shot. At least the Lions and my Colts won!

Bernier is slow. The arms, the legs are slow. He's got a good sense of anticipation and sets himself very square, that helps him to look..decent ..If the shooter can avoid his belly its a goal..
