No goals in this game (by us anyway).   Is there a connection?

OK some thoughts.   Right now our record is bad, real bad.   A lot of road games in the next couple weeks, including a west coast trip.   Assume, for a moment, we play like our usual bad selves and the west coast trip goes south.    That brings us to roughly Thanksgiving.   I believe some of us, myself included, previously said Stevie Y might fire the math teacher if we sucked at the Thanksgiving break.

Your thoughts now?   I'll put my 2 cents in - I think the math teacher is done.   We are like last or near last in the league in so many categories. Plus/minus, face offs, PP, PK and on and on.

What do you guys think?

if the Math teacher is still around by Thanksgiving it's because SY has given up on this season and wants to start from scratch next season. SY mights also think that to change the coach right now wouldn't help the new coach, to work in a losing cause…

But maybe i Don't know what i'm talking about..

The logical move would be the change the coach now..to install a new vision, to prepare for better time...if ever !

Back to the game...that bunch doesn't Believe anymore they can win...tonight the effort was like watching Dead men Walking...or skating. Anyways i can only imagine SY watching this and thinking of the good ol days !(and maybe i do to !)

There is some talent in this team but right now it doesn't matter, the group has lost all confidence...they are like a boat lost in the sea …

where is the captain !!

The team is not very good. They had the one good line at the start of the year but other teams learned to slow them down and the coach broke up the lines but with limited success.
Goaltending is not good in general but Bernier does give a few good games and may be trade bait down the road.

The coach will be gone at some point but there is no rush in my view.
