No roster available yet so... The Red Wings currently have 61 players on their preseason roster: 34 forwards, 20 defensemen and seven goaltenders. After today’s Red and White Game, the Red Wings will break camp and prepare for the first of three-straight preseason road games tomorrow against the Boston Bruins. Detroit will also host the Bruins on Saturday, Sept. 23 for the first-ever preseason home game at Little Caesars Arena.

Not sure why Larkin and Mantha are playing with the skilled guy when in real games they will be playing with Abby. If Abby is not available, put Witkovski there. Let Larkin get used that he has one less linemate to pass the puck to.

i think Parenteau will make the team. Our PP was the laughing stock of the league last season. Parenteau could be a helpful addition in that department.

Parenteau makes the team only if AA does not, otherwise no money

Parenteau makes the team only if AA does not, otherwise no money are you sure Kroner wont be on LTIR ? Parenteau will take minimum wages..I am not a Parenteau fan but he can put the puck in the net on the PP.

i’ve been watching the first period and Cholowski look good when he carries the puck, but had some minor turnovers in his zone.
Blashill played Larks with Mantha and our buddy Sheahan on the PP. Again Sheahan didnt care to touch the puck. But that’s all right, Blashill is trying to give him all the chances in the world to start on the good note.
Rasmussen look big a bit slow. He had a good chance early but got robbed.
0-0 after one.
lazy lazy lil Bert on the second Bruins goal...

pretty pathetic second period. Bunch of lazy asses wearing red and white. Bruins prospects look better. Thank God a late goal makes for an interesting 3rd period..i hope.
3-1 after two.

it wasn't on TV anywhere so I didn't pay any attention. I wish it was because the first couple games are when we get a peek at the kids of our future
