Maybe what is strange is why it matters LOL.
I've watched the last couple of games and it seems to me the longer the game goes on the worse we become because we can score any goals.
I sure hope we can get rid of 1-2 players at the trade deadline for used puck bags. This season can't end fast enough for me and if the dual dick with ears bench bosses return next season I may just have to be a Dallas Stars fan or be a secret Red Wing fan with a bag over my head LOL. Perhaps we screwed the pooch by letting Nill go..seems to be doing a decent here in Dallas (2nd in the Western conference, 8th overall)

What did i say to you ?...haha..
Wasn't easy because our beloved coach had another brain fart when he played AA with a minute to play. Floating again, the only thing he was looking for was the empty net...no intention to play solid defense...and they tied the game.
And i am a curse...i went out tonight to Chris's favorite place la Cage aux Sports but tried to set my PVR from away..and it failed. So, for a rare occasion i missed the first two periods. When i sat down with 17 minutes to play we were leading 2 zip...then the curse went into action..two quick Sabres goals to tie the game then the brain fart by our coach to play AA in a "defensive mission " ...
But in the end...WE WON !!!!

Larkins second goal was a real thing of beauty...almost the same move for the shootout winner. Honestly after coughing up the 2 goal lead in the 3rd I thought 'here we go again"  Great to Bertuzzi answer but didnt like giving up the tying goal late like that. We got 2pts and ended the 9 game losing streak. Bernier looks pretty solid and Gustav Lindstrom didnt look out of place for his first NHL game with us. On to Columbus tonight! |
