Such is the luck of our Wings. I actually thought they were pouring some heat on. Then this. Let's see how they respond.
One thing they need to work on is hitting the frickin' net. Too many good opportunities and then they miss.

They also need to work on the PP. Of course to date I have been able to use the Wings PP as a chance to grab a snack so I shouldn't complain. (:-)
If the game stays close I don't want to see Nielsen on the ice in the last five minutes.
Florida is a good team. They have more overall talent than Detroit but this is still a winnable game. Greiss needs to stay engaged and the Wings have to avoid panic in front of their net.

Bert now out for the rest of this game and more than likely tomorrow.
Mantha misses net from 10 feet on a breakaway. Could have used that.
Florida starting to put more pressure on the Wings defense.
Team needs to dig down deep.

Wings lose 3-2 in OT.
We'll take the point. Problems tomorrow as Bernier and Bertuzzi are out.
Pickard in NET?
Glendenning gets cut but comes back late in the game. This effort is the type the Wings need every night.

When you have the sticker "looser" glue to your forehead you can be sure that the puck will end up in the back of our net.
Its always the same thing..can't get a break.
Greiss saved us..his best game as a Wings, although in OT he should have kept the puck instead of tossing it around to nowhere..
The Panthers were the fastest, hungrier of the two teams, always first on the puck.
The fact that Blashill always trust Hronek on any given situations is one of our downfall. He doesn't deserve to have the load of work. I would have love to see Stetcher in OT instead of always him.
We are in trouble, now we lost Bert, plus the fab 5...
For a moment i thought we would win this one, the 5 minutes in witch we scored twice...but that was basically the only time we really control this one.
Its time to give a regular chance to Smith (for Nielsen or Fil) and Cholo for ..anyone ! Don't remember who else is on the taxi squad but they need to play...
As they say its a point..but that is certainly not enough.
