Glendenning isn't a good enough skater for OT 3 on 3...too much room for speedsters to break away from him. Our centers have to get better taking the draw. Speaking ot TOI pretty nice that Cholowsli had 19:51, Hicketts 18:43 and Sulak at 18:26 yeah..but Cholo or Sulak should have been on the ice in OT...Just imagine Sulak with such an open ice !!

Today I kept thinking about Glenny on the ice and the OT losing goal and got more and more pissed off. The math teacher has the personnel to win some of these games and just throws them away. Jeesh

Jeesh Don't think about it then Seriously once a game is in the books and shortly thereafter no point is looking back at it. There will be plenty more games to piss you off in the near future I already writing off the season. Sure I want to win and have success but I'm just going to try focus more on the positives with the youth we have. There is so much upwardly movement in these guys development. Win, lose or draw each game they play helps us in the near future. We have some good young talent and I'm fine in sacrificing points, wins and aging veterans (most are on downside) in order to get these players NHL professionals. Seriously we all know what Helm, Abby, Glendening bring to the table and all are expendable...give the kids a chance...either way we're going to lose games so may as well pick up the pace on youth development with some NHL on the job training.

The moment the games count, the opponents ramp it up but the Wings revert to their aimless style of the past few seasons.
Blashill is again trying to win with defence so tends to put the non-scorers on the ice late and in OT. A sure recipe for losses. He has learned nothing from his past mistakes.
